KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of KPMG IT Service GmbH and KPMG AG in Germany and their clients across the globe. We employ around 200 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Infrastructure and Cloud, and Digital Process Compliance.
As a Standard / Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will focus on:
- Development, design, and configuration of ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, UI policies, business rules, scripts, integrations.
- Translation of business and functional requirements into technical solutions within ServiceNow platform.
- Writing and maintaining scripts and custom UI components.
- Following ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
- Collaboration with Project Leads, Business Analysts, QAs, Architects, and other stakeholders.
- Estimation of work and planning tasks collaboratively.
- Fixing defects/bugs/ and supporting QA/UAT activities.
- Collaborating closely with the Operations team.
- Documenting their changes/fixes/solutions.
What you bring in:
- Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON).
- Experience working in the Agile methodology.
- Familiarity with systems and processes automation.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Other ServiceNow Certificates – ITSM, HR, PA, CSM, etc.
- Persistence in achieving team, project, and client goals, ensuring progress is made collaboratively and sustainably.
- Shows strong enthusiasm and commitment to developing expertise, taking responsibility for continuous learning, applying insights from experience, and intentionally seeking opportunities to expand skills and knowledge.
