We employ more than 200 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Infrastructure and Cloud and Digital Compliance.
As a Standard / Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable applications, automate business processes, and support the continuous enhancement of our ServiceNow environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow configurations and customizations, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Support the implementation and rollout of new ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform capabilities.
- Develop and enhance application modules, integrations, and digital workflows to meet business requirements.
- Produce detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and supporting documentation.
- Perform platform updates, configuration changes, and enhancements in line with business and operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and a positive user experience.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams in an Agile delivery environment.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience integrating systems and applications using SOAP, REST, and JSON-based web services.
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of workflow automation, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions.
