KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of KPMG IT Service GmbH and KPMG AG in Germany and their clients across the globe. We employ around 200 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Infrastructure and Cloud, Digital Compliance and Valuation of Financial Instruments.

As a Service Manager you are going to be focused on designing, engineering, and managing processes for cloud native & hybrid platforms for the KPMG group of member firms, as well as providing compliance and cloud process advisory and delivery services to internal and external clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving and improving the service management practices on the Azure Cloud Platform adapting the ITIL-based practices to the current organizational processes
  • Responsible for the onboarding of applications the Cloud Platform until handover to operations
  • Maintain and regular update the Cloud Platform documentation
  • Ensure compliance of the Cloud Platform to the regulatory and company specific requirements
  • Responsible for the customer charge-back and financial process
  • Support Cloud Engineering teams and Application Owners with Azure specific requests such as identity and access management
  • Oversee service management processes such as Change, Incident and Service Request management in the ServiceNow instance of the Azure cloud unit
  • Contribute to service maturity initiatives that drive continuous improvement of the cloud platform in alignment with the organization's cloud strategy
  • Work closely with Engineering, Security, DevOps, Project Managers and Business Stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and feedback is incorporated into service improvements

  • Very good understanding and hands-on experience of the ITIL processes: Change, Incident and Service request management
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Familiar with the main Azure Cloud concepts and especially related to EntraID authentication and authorization
  • Ability to create operations manuals and instructions, and process flow diagrams
  • Experience with cloud migration initiatives or Cloud Operations will be considered as advantage
  • Microsoft related certification for Azure or M365 is a strong advantage
