KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of KPMG IT Service GmbH and KPMG AG in Germany and their clients across the globe. We employ around 200 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Infrastructure and Cloud, and Digital Process Compliance.   

As a Technical Consultant / Project Lead, you will focus on:

  • Driving end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and custom AI development projects, ensuring solutions meet business, technical, and compliance standards.
  • Partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand goals, align expectations, and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Translating business requirements into clear, actionable work items, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinating cross‑functional teams - including developers, architects, QA, and compliance, to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Managing project scope, timelines, and risks, proactively identifying issues and driving resolutions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions, helping stakeholders refine processes, identify opportunities for automation, and shape scalable solution designs.
  • Ensuring adherence to governance and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of data security, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Tracking and reporting project progress, providing transparent and structured updates to sponsors and leadership.
  • Championing best practices in delivery, ServiceNow development, and AI solution design to elevate team performance and project outcomes.
  • Driving continuous improvement, gathering feedback, evaluating performance metrics, and implementing enhancements across processes and workflows.

What you bring in:

  • Experience in requirement engineering, business analysis, or technical consulting.
  • Background in IT project management, agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), or product delivery.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable requirements and documentation.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or AI/ML solution environments is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language. 

Nice to have:

  • ServiceNow certifications or experience with ServiceNow development/configuration.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, machine‑learning lifecycle, or AI product design.
  • Experience in software development or software architecture discussions.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITOM processes or enterprise workflow platforms.
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., finance, public sector, healthcare).
  • German language skills
