As a ServiceNow System Administrator, you will:

  • Maintain the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments.
  • Perform application maintenance to include performance monitoring, error identification, and remediation.
  • Manage support for platform-related incidents.
  • lead upgrade planning and execution.
  • Manage instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists, etc.
  • Provide configuration assistance to developers.
  • Create and update ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
  • Perform upkeep on the existing solutions (business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, workflows, data imports, service catalogs, etc.).
  • Work closely with the teams, understanding the upcoming changes, and collaborating to prevent potential issues from occurring.
  • Support regular knowledge sharing on the SN platform and existing module configurations.

What you bring in:

  • 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
  • CSA Certification
  • Experience in JavaScript, REST APIs, and SOAP
  • Working experience and knowledge of ServiceNow Incident, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management
  • Understanding ServiceNow Implementation
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and ITIL v3 Foundation certification (v4 preferred)
