The Role:

Do you specialize in delivery of complex and challenging projects? Are you looking to extend your career into ServiceNow? If so, we have you covered as KPMG IT Service is building a team of likeminded ServiceNow experts.

As Delivery Lead you will oversee the development and implementation of ServiceNow products for KPMG clients. You will also ensure that the developed architecture meets client requirements.

You will also manage ServiceNow projects ensuring they are successfully delivered to our customers by putting your project management skills to practice.

As ServiceNow Delivery Lead you will:

  • Define, manage and deliver complex projects based on the ServiceNow platform
  • Use past client experiences to drive continuous improvements in the delivery methodologies and ServiceNow offerings
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of product roadmaps
  • Advise client stakeholders, up to and including CIO, on strategic decisions that will help them with their ServiceNow journey
  • Take a significant role in developing the capability of delivery teams, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of other team members
  • Support the ServiceNow presales opportunity lifecycle
  • Build constructive, working relationships with KPMG’s global network of ServiceNow experts
  • Create lasting relationships with clients to enhance the reputation of KPMG as an advisor of choice
  • Challenge yourself to maintain your knowledge around the market segment, whilst developing technical breadth and depth of knowledge across numerous other areas

What you bring in:

  • At least 3 years project management experience implementing technology enabled service management transformations (ServiceNow preferred but any complimentary technology also considered e.g. HPSM/Remedy)
  • At least 3 years experience working with Agile SDLC methodologies and an industry recognized project management qualification (PMI-ACP, Prince 2, Certified Scrum Master, others)
  • Demonstrable experience of enabling multiple teams (onshore and offshore) of considerable size and breadth (15+ team members) to deliver set results
  • Experience of managing external vendors as key stakeholders in overall project delivery
  • Storyteller who can communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent, and clear that will help stakeholders take the right decisions for their needs
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve your team/project/client goals
  • Passionate about areas of expertise, managing your own development by learning continuously from experience and seeking out development opportunities
  • Pre-sales experience for ServiceNow solutions including responses to RFIs, RFPs and client facing presentations
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (V3 or V4 preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in at least 1 product suite)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
