The role:
The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant is a key member of the ServiceNow capability team.
You need to demonstrate deep understanding of the business / functional requirements and a extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform & modules to effectively collaborate with all project stakeholders and delivery teams(e.g. solution architects and developers). The role will support both pre-sales and delivery, helping KPMG to design and implement solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant will be able to:
- Take part in project workshops with client stakeholders as part of business and technical requirements gathering
- Work closely with the ServiceNow Architect and Developer to produce solution design and architecture documents
- Produce/Lead the transformation of business and technical requirements into user stories
- Continuously improve in depth knowledge on business process implementations, governance and risk management and processes related to human resources management
- Conduct application and implemented business processes demonstrations to stakeholders
- Support preparation of training materials and provide user trainings if required
- Work in close collaboration with ServiceNow Delivery Lead to ensure that client service delivery is consistently meeting quality standards within the established turnaround time and allotted budget for the project.
- Provide technical input into the sales cycle including solutioning, estimating, creating and presenting client proposals. This will include opportunities in ITSM, GBS,GRC, HR, and Managed Services.
- Help to develop KPMG's service offerings underpinned by the ServiceNow platform, working with cross functional teams globally.
What you bring in:
- University degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience within Governance, Risk, Compliance with an emphasis on control assessments, risk assessments and/or issue remediation
- Proven experience in customer consultancy, professional services, project management, or business analysis
- Proven ability to guide or train others control frameworks and/or control assessments processes using COBIT, NIST, CISA (or other relevant ISACA), ISO 27001 or ISO 9001
- Proven ability to review technical components to address control effectiveness and/or risk assessment from a compliance/audit perspective.
- Technical background in network, infrastructure, and/or application development disciplines is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to describe technical solutions in business terms
- Experience in facilitating change management or digital transformation initiatives is a plus
- Hands on experience with GRC tools preferred
- A strong desire to learn and master new technologies, and a commitment to ongoing professional development
