Responsibilities:
As a Product owner, youр main responsibilities will be:
- Lead end to end product or group of products development aiming to maximize resulting value.
- Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and define product vision and roadmap in alignment to strategic goals.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to create and constantly maintain product backlog according to business value.
- Provide detailed estimations for new features to the business stakeholders.
- Report project status and take part in reporting meetings for budget approval and justification.
- Support the client and development team during the implementation phase of the solution and continuously improve it. Ensuring that the product goal and backlog are transparent, visible and understood.
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
Main tasks, you would need to perform include:
- Conduct interviews
- Specify and model requirements by using familiar organizational approaches.
- Verify and validate requirements.
- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog.
- Lead multi-disciplinary Agile team to manage the product lifecycle, including defining and executing product vision and strategy, validating product features and design, identifying and resolving issues and collecting and prioritizing inputs to inform product decisions and direction determining the right approach for the team to take and evaluating this through the life of a project.
- Consult with service and technology providers to integrate products and services to maximize value.
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- Drive processes to ensure customer feedback and insights are analyzed and responded to, to continuously evolve and improve product and service delivery.

Required skills:
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in IT or business-related discipline.
- Knowledge of the globally recognized foundational standards of business analysis and product ownership maintained by any of the following organizations: IIBA, PMI, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance.
- Knowledge and experience in agile frameworks such as Scrum and/or SAFe.
- Experience in maintaining effective communication with domain and implementation subject matter experts at different company levels and locations.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Personal accountability, ethics, and trustworthiness.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing environment is a must.
- Teamwork, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Tools and technology:
- Practice using backlog management systems (Azure DevOps, Jira). Use of MS Office tools, e.g. Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint;
- Hands-on modelling and diagraming tools, e.g. Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris, MS Visio.
- Collaboration tools such as Mural, Miro.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
