About you:
We are seeking a talented SAPS/4HANA Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in customizing our SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions for merchandise management and related functionalities. You will work closely with internal and external clients to understand the unique requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and effective SAP solutions. You are expected to implement and support retail IT processes around global transformation projects.

You are someone with deep understanding of business processes and IT trends, who aims at translating ideas into action.
Your responsibilities:
- The role is expected to build and deliver complex solution in S/4HANA Retail
- Customize SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions to meet client's merchandise management needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize retail processes within SAP S/4HANA Retail for Merchandise Management
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices for SAP S/4HANA Retail configuration and customization. Including the areas of Assortment management, POS integration, SAP CAR, Fiori, etc.
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth system performance
- Deliver comprehensive training and support to clients to maximize the utilization of SAP S/4HANA Retail capabilities
- Have SD/MM module profound knowledge
- Have understanding and integration with other modules like SD, MM, FI/CO and strong project background in package implementations
- Documents all aspects of the system (e.g. process design, User Requirements Specifications, Functional System Requirements and Developments Specifications, test plans, integration efforts, etc.)
- Write detail specifications for development of custom programs
- Define solutions, business blueprints and decision memos for business- and IT-related topics
- Support of KPMG global client offering process, when needed
What you bring in:
- University degree in Economics (Business), Computer Science or a comparable field of study
- Hands-on customizing of IS-Retail in S/4Hana on premise, writing solution and technical specifications and user documentation
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Retail functionalities, including but not limited to pricing, inventory management, procurement, and sales
- 5+ years IS-Retail in S/4Hana on premise configuration experience
- Strong understanding of retail industry processes and trends
- Experience in multiple SAP versions (ECC6, S/4 Hana), multiple large-scale SAP implementations
- Experience with SAP CAR is a plus
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 Fiori is a plus
- SAP Certification is a plus
- ABAP Development skills is a plus
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Integration with the other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO) is beneficial
- Fluent English; German would be considered an advantage
- Knowledge in IS-Retail in S/4Hana cloud is a plus
- Ability to travel abroad on business trips
