KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of the KPMG network member firms and their clients. We employ more than 500 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure.
As part of our multicultural SAP Consulting team, you will advise our internal and external clients on the design, implementation and support of IT processes around global transformation projects.
You are an experienced professional, who can communicate clearly and concisely. You are able to take responsibility and are willing to invest time and effort to achieve the set goals. You are someone with deep understanding of business processes and IT trends, who aims at translating ideas into action.
Your responsibilities:
- Cooperation with international clients at the interface between business and IT
- Analysis of global processes and procedures based on corporate, technological and compliance resources
- Development of innovative solution proposals and their implementation as part of comprehensive consulting services
- Provision of innovative, sophisticated processes and implementations in the area of SAP SuccessFactors (SF)
- Support for definition of business requirements and configuration of SF defined solutions
- Planning and implementation of consulting tasks, specifically in one or more areas – SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time and Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Succession and Development
What you bring in:
- A degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable field of study
- At least 3+ years SAP SuccessFactors modules configuration/implementation experience
- Proven track record of managing complex SuccessFactors engagements, covering all project phases:
from scoping and planning to requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live
with team small to large team sizes
- Strong technical background acquired during experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules and certification in more than one module
- Experience with SuccessFactors replication, core hybrid, talent hybrid, or full cloud deployments
- Understand foundational and employee configuration, execute employee transactions from Hire to Retire, reporting through ad-hoc or Integration Center for troubleshooting and propose solutions as per best practices
- Knowledge of SF APIs, basic CPI system set up activities (Security, Connections etc.)
- Experience in configuration of one or more SAP HCM modules, HR minimaster and Business Partner configuration would be considered as advantage
- Experience in process and requirements analysis, development specification creation
- Support in project planning and work package evaluation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to execute projects independently, as well as play the assigned role within a project team
- Fluent English. German will be considered an advantage
- Ability to travel on international business trips.
