Your responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of complex SAP Solution Manager requirements, focusing on Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Actively participate in projects involving optimization and new implementations of SAP Solution Manager scenarios within customer IT landscapes.
- Manage topics such as Change Request Management, IT Service Management, Process Management, and Test Management within project teams.
- Conduct requirements analysis, effort estimation, and design and implement ALM processes using SAP Solution Manager.
- Engage directly with customers, including conducting workshops on-site.
- Prepare decision papers, deliver presentations, and develop comprehensive documentation.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing communities.
Your Profile:
- University degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Alternatively, completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or IT vocational training.
- 2–3 years of SAP technical and project implementation experience, ideally with SAP Solution Manager.
- Operational knowledge of ITIL/ITSM.
- Understanding of SAP technical architecture, including SAP Landscapes and Transport Management System.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business.
Technical Skills
- Change Request Management (ChaRM): Setup, configuration, reporting, and transport management.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate, Focused Build, and ASAP methodologies.
- Experience with Solution Manager Monitoring (configuration, templates).
- Knowledge of PFAC / BRF+ Rules and PFCG Role/Authorization Objects.
- Experience with Solution Documentation implementation.
- Understanding of SAP Basis.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
- Experience with SAP Focused Build and Focused Insights.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially incident, change, and service management.
- Experience with Test Suite and Component-Based Test Automation (CBTA).
Soft Skills:
- Project Management: Experience in agile or hybrid project environments.
- Customer Orientation: Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional, international teams.
- Documentation & Reporting: Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and reports.
Certifications (Nice to Have):
- SAP Certified Associate – SAP Solution Manager
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Cloud ALM
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
