We employ more than 500 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure.
We are now looking to hire а Project Manager who will be responsible for the facilitation and management of SAP projects in an agile environment. The candidate should also be familiar with classical and Agile Project Management approaches.
Your responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with onshore and offshore teams: technical and functional ones
- Delivering project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables
- Leading medium size/complexity projects, with minimal supervision and support, using best practices for traditional and agile project management
- Status reporting on project performance
- Project Monitoring & Controlling: deliverables, quality, scope, timeline, budget
- Stakeholder Management: classification, success factor analysis, managing expectations
- Project related Risk and Issue Management
- Effective communication with project team members and stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and organize the regular updates
What you bring in:
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in SAP related projects
- University degree in Business administration, Computer Sciences, or similar discipline
- Good understanding of SAP business processes (e.g. O2C, P2P, R2R, A2R etc.)
- Knowledge of PM and Agile Methodologies and flexibility to combine approaches according to project needs
- Ability to understand and communicate technical systems and concepts
- Proven knowledge and experience in SAP Financial and/or Logistics SAP modules
- Effectiveness in managing project resources and prioritizing task conflicts
- Highly motivated and committed to successful project delivery.
- Track record in leading project teams experience as a scrum master beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English language (German language will be an advantage)
