KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of the KPMG network member firms and their clients. We employ more than 500 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including Microsoft & SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure.
Our Cloud Services unit is focused on designing, building, securing and managing cloud native & hybrid platforms for the KPMG group of member firms, as well as providing cloud advisory and engineering services to external clients.
Our newly established Dynamics 365 Team offers a spot for a Microsoft Digital Transformation Expert to work closely with the Microsoft delivery team in The Netherlands. The responsibilities cover supporting the entire implementation and optimization engagements that we deliver to our customer(s). You will need to collaborate in a team of technical & functional consultants/architects and the project manager to help make the above happen.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support our customers on their digital transformation journey enabled by Microsoft Technology. Support business and IT users in designing, implementing and working with the new solutions
- Support the senior KPMG Microsoft Experts (and learn on the job) and the KPMG Project Manager in a diversity of project activities and step by step work more independently.
- Requirements Gathering (Analyst)
- Solutioning, Testing, Training, Cut Over Support

- Support the implementation of PMO standards, methodologies, and tools.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports and KPIs.
- Facilitate project reviews, risk assessments, and post-implementation evaluations.
- Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the project portfolio.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
- Coordinate PMO communications and support training initiatives for project teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
What you bring in:
- 1-5 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role.
- Relevant experience with Microsoft (cloud) Technology is considered advantage.
- You are eager to learn and explore new technologies.
- You have a strong affinity with IT.
- Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
- You show a “can do” mentality and like to have challenging tasks.
- You like to travel and work with different cultures (diverse teams).
- Good communication, writing and presentation skills.
