About the role
The Power Platform Architect facilitates design decisions based on recommended practices across development, configuration, integration, infrastructure, security, licensing, storage, and change management. They will architect and ensure the successful implementation of appropriate end-to-end solutions to address business and technical needs of organizations.
Your responsibilities
- Implementation of process automation with leading software products such as UI Path, Power Automate Desktop, and other automation tools
- Participation in development of solution designs and automation concepts, following best practices and the established coding guidelines
- Govern projects, drive environment strategy, including data and scalability of solution
- Perform solution envisioning and requirement analyses, architect a solution and implement it
- Preparation of effort estimates and technical feasibility studies, taking into account time for testing, documentation and other factors and dependencies, as well as effectively prioritize tasks based on capability, availability, business and client needs
- Document code consistently throughout the development process
- Rollout and support of software products in the customer environment
- Confidently explain and argument ideas as well as work actively and effectively in the team setup. Make presentations to customer, client audiences and professional peers
- Give and receive feedback effectively and on time. Ask questions, make clarifications when needed and communicate actively with stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective working process.
- Provide regular follow ups on tasks and status reports on progress, dependecies and impediments, as well as suggestions for resolution.
- Suggest improvements, following them through, including convincing stakeholders and follow up implementation
- Mentor juniors, explain and present complex concepts in a well-structured and consistent way
- Maintain productive and positive interactions across colleagues and clients
What you bring in
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience working with Power Platform or as an Architect
- University degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar education
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Proficient with Power Apps, data modelling and best practice for Dataverse
- Experienced with data security and DLP, data integrations, ALM, testing and go-live
- Well familiar with databases and the most important data protocols (markup languages such as XML, JSON and SQL), as well as knowledge of the Windows operating system. Skilled in data modelling.
- Very good understanding of basics of programming
- Interest in digitization, process optimization and current business management topics
- Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills, effective team player, open to share ideas, give and receive constructive feedback
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff
- A curious mind and being open to learning
- Fluency in English
