KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of KPMG in Germany. We employ ca. 200 people in Sofia and deliver IT services across various technologies: Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure and other.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collects knowledge, training and certification requirements through periodic surveys and interviews with employees or managers
- Considers how to support the company’s strategy through learning & development planning
- Researches best available opportunities for training/certification delivery, negotiates terms & conditions, coordinates dates, arranges facilities and participants
- Prepares a detailed training/certification planning per fiscal year (aligned with the allocated budget) and gets its approval. Updates the plan as necessary
- Organizes internal and external trainings/workshops in accordance with the plan. Manages the company’s “Super Speakers Program”
- Co-partners with team members in terms of certification library maintenance
- Ideates and creates new ways of utilizing the digital learning platforms available in the organization
- Consults team members about their opportunities to reskill technologically
- Produces and interprets periodically L&D reporting data together with the Finance department. Measures & manages the result of organized trainings
- Manages the compliance of all employees against mandatory trainings/certifications
- Keeps all L&D Policies, Processes and Practices up-to-date
- Participates in the Media presence of the Company with news in terms of L&D
What you bring in:
- Hands-on industry experience as a L&D professional with curiosity for a variety of technologies
- Flexibility, enthusiasm for working in fast-paced environment and adaptiveness to change
- Variety of practical experience in complex organizations that allows you to let go of the theory and improvise wisely with what you know
- Experience and true passion for on-the-spot advisory in the technical field
- Knowledge in technology-based development and principles of the technology certification processes is a plus
- Proficiency in English, German would be a plus
