As part of our People and Culture Department and the Learning and Development Team in specific, you will empower our employees with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles and advance their careers.


  • Collaborating with the L&D Manager, instructional designers, and training providers to co-create technology-based training programs sequels
  • Co-partnering with members of teams in terms of certification library maintenance
  • Ideating and creating new ways of utilizing the digital learning platforms available in the organization
  • Consulting team members about their opportunities to reskill technologically
  • Researching available opportunities for training/certification delivery by request, coordinating dates, invitations, arrangement of facilities and participants
  • Organizing internal knowledge sessions, workshops & presentations
  • Producing and interpreting systematic L&D reporting data

What you bring in:

  • Hands-on industry experience as a technical/recruitment/other professional with curiosity for a variety of technologies
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm for working in fast-paced environment and adaptiveness to change
  • Variety of practical experience in complex organizations that allows you to let go of the theory and improvise wisely with what you know
  • Experience and true passion for on-the-spot advisory in the technical field
  • Knowledge in technology-based development and principles of the technology certification processes is a plus
