KPMG IT Service OOD is a joint venture of KPMG IT Service GmbH and KPMG Bulgaria OOD. The company is an internal IT service provider for member firms in the KPMG group. We employ more than 600 people in Sofia and Germany and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including: Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure.

Our Compliance & Service Delivery Management Department is focused on designing, engineering, and managing processes for cloud native & hybrid platforms for the KPMG group of member firms, as well as providing compliance and cloud process advisory and delivery services to internal and external clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Process client inquiries regarding technical issues
  • Monitor planned changes and incidents
  • Review reports on a regular basis, conducts trend analysis and trigger Problem Management process if needed
  • Collect feedback from customers regarding service improvement opportunities
  • Execute a predefined set of standard service requests
  • Work closely with the technical support teams globaly
  • Active communication and cooperation with other KPMG business units and IT departments
  • Comply with the pre-determined high company standards and support procedures

What you bring in:

  • Fluent English and German
  • Experience with Ticketing System is an advantage
  • Ability to understand technical documentation is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ITIL service management is an advantage
  • Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and organized way of work, high assertiveness and a high sense of responsibility
