About you
If you are a fresh graduate from a University and/or other software focused educational program who wants to kick-off their career in IT, this role might be the right one for you to start your journey. This position will give you the opportunity to get an internal training and work alongside industry experts and provide solutions that help our customers reach their goals.
Your responsibilities
- Participate in an internal training for Redwood low-code platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design low-code solutions
- Develop and implement user-friendly web applications that meet business needs, utilizing low-code platforms and custom code when necessary
- Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing application performance as needed
What you bring in
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with completed training for software development
- Good knowledge in financial concepts and interest for the finance domain
- Desire to learn and develop coding skills in Redwood low-code platform as well as other low-code tools like PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerPages, etc.)
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and soft skills, as well as ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent command in English, verbal and written
