We employ about 500 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure.

Our Payroll, Compliance & Benefits Team drives the hiring and payroll procedures, with a keen focus on continually enhancing our internal rewards system. They uphold adherence to Bulgarian State Law and Corporate Policies and Practices, overseeing seamless maintenance of employee files and monitoring potential changes.

If you possess the ability to maintain confidentiality and hold a minimum of one year of experience in payroll and contract generation, this opportunity presents a chance to join an exceptional team committed to excellence and integrity.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare Labor Contracts, Additional Agreements, Termination Orders, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain personal paper and electronic employee records
  • Issue income documents, Work certificate, filling of record of service, etc.
  • Data entry, updates, archive in SAP HR module for external and internal employees
  • Summarize, monitor and reflect due vacation days, according to the company's policy
  • Prepare monthly reports related to the activities of the company and its teams
  • Ensure employees are provided with information about the company benefits, conduct related presentations, inform employees about changes, maintain benefits portal
  • Assist employees with the enrollment process of all the benefits
  • Ensure the company's benefits and leave-of-absence policies comply with the law
  • Communicate with insurance and discount providers to resolve issues
  • Check the market for new service providers, collect offers and compare conditions

What you bring in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or a similar university degree
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and social skills, self-motivated, results-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Process management skills, organized way of work, assertiveness, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a dynamic multinational IT company
  • Excellent command of English language. German would be considered as an advantage.
