The Role:
- Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Location – Sofia, Bulgaria
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00

Your Responsibilities:
- Research and compile data for reports and presentations on behalf of the CEO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives led by the CEO
- Prepare, edit, and review correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Assist in managing special projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring successful delivery
- Maintain a system for tracking key deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely responses
- Facilitate communication between departments to support organizational objectives
- Draft and disseminate meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
- Manage critical company documents, agreements, and files
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline administrative workflows
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, offering insights and solutions to support decision-making
