We are currently seeking an Engagement Delivery Lead to manage and drive end-to-end delivery and operations for high-impact client accounts across geographies.


 Your Impact

As the Engagement Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that services delivered through the KPMG Delivery Network meet quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction benchmarks. You’ll be the operational face of the client within KDN—driving governance, team performance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across delivery.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Management:
    • Ensure seamless execution of services delivered via KDN—on-time, within scope, and in accordance with compliance and quality standards
    • Working across delivery teams to be the single service owner responsible for meeting service contractual requirements
  • Governance & Reporting:
    • Establish, run, and evolve governance structures (e.g., SLAs, KPIs, dashboards, executive updates) to provide transparency, accountability, and performance insight
    • Providing timely and accurate delivery and financial reporting
  • Leadership:
    • Acting as a trusted partner of the delivery teams and the client
    • Contributing to stability and sales growth for the engagement assigned
    • Managing operational change
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational matters relating to the account
    • proactively manage expectations and communications with stakeholders across time zones
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation and process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
  • Commercial Oversight:
    • Support pricing, cost management, and profitability analysis for services delivered through KDN; collaborate with commercial leads as needed.
  • Participating in client account reviews
  • Demand forecasting and capacity management
  • Promoting the adoption of standard delivery processes and tools
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional virtual teams globally, ensuring alignment, accountability, and a strong delivery culture.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and manage operational risks in delivery; escalate and mitigate as appropriate.
    • Driving Assurance and Compliance requirements as defined in the contract and company policies, ensuring these requirements are successfully established and maintained for the account
  • Escalating high severity incidents and leading the escalation and resolution process until resolution is achieved
  • Representing delivery risk and mitigation planning internally and with client

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in delivery, operations, or program management, ideally within a Big Four or global consulting/professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery models including managed services, shared services, and global capability centers (GCCs).
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary, multi-region delivery teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience working with global clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for execution, process optimization, and customer success.
  • Skilled communicator and facilitator; adept at managing cross-border relationships and influencing without authority.
  • ITIL or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Relevant technical experience (Cloud, Software Development etc.)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English language skills; other languages a plus.
