Our newly established Dynamics 365 Team offers a spot for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer to work closely within a team of technical consultants and functional consultants in Bulgaria, Belgium and The Netherlands to help our customers increase their value brought through technology enabled business transformations. By doing so, we reduce risks and uncertainty with the support of a strong multi-disciplinary team of strategy, management, and technology consultants. Enterprise solutions focus on the implementation of digital solutions, as part of technology enabled transformations, using multiple platforms. The portfolio includes ERP/CRM strategy advice and blueprinting services; Implementing and leading Dynamics 365 CE & Finance and Operations projects and programs; Implementing power platform as automation enabler; Business partnering and Quality Assurance advise. Together with our colleagues from the Digital Advisory business unit we implement the full Microsoft eco system with D365 and the power platform as a core element of digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities: 

As a developer in our team, along with the Solution Architect and the technical architect, you are responsible for the development of CE extensions that we deliver to our customer(s). Your focus will be:

  • Ensure optimal use of technology by developing high-quality solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain plugins, JavaScript, and customizations following best practices to enhance system functionality and user experience
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE environments across development, testing, and production landscapes
  • Collaborate with the Integration Architect to develop and implement integrations with external systems using APIs, Power Automate, or Azure services
  • Plan and execute integration testing to ensure customizations, plugins, and data flows meet functional and technical requirements
  • Ready to continuously invest time to keep up to date with the latest technologies in the Microsoft stack and act as an advocate in spreading this knowledge within the teams

You will be supported by a team of technical consultants to help make the above happen. One of your most important deliverables at the start of your project will be the development of a qualitative solution design that, amongst others, describes the application landscape, integrations and used infrastructure.

What you bring in:

  • You have the ability to work independently, as well as in project teams
  • You are a clear and effective communicator
  • You have excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • You have minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in multiple CRM implementations
  • You have strong experience in designing and developing custom components, including C# plugins, JavaScript web resources and power automate flows, adhering to best practices and Microsoft’s ALM guidance
  • You have experience in configuring, managing, and deploying CE environments using Solution Packager, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and Power Platform CLI, ensuring consistency across development, test, and production
  • You have the necessary knowledge in Azure cloud technologies
  • You have the necessary technical certifications in Microsoft Dynamics D365
  • You are fluent in English
