About You:

As a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing KPMG IT Service OOD's marketing and communications strategies across digital channels bridging the online with the offline for our employees, candidates and general audience. Your daily work reflects professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to the KPMG Global Brand Guidelines.

About the Role:

This role is 80% focused on internal channels, aligning with the pre-set Marketing and Communications Strategy. The remaining 20% of your time is dedicated to maintaining, updating, creating content, and publishing in external communication digital channels.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and post visual and written content in line with specific topics, assignments, or general employer brand-building goals. Attend events and draft/publish content about them
  • Propose engaging courses of action for target audience engagement, acting as the Voice of the Company in line with our Values and Brand Guidelines
  • Create, implement, and update monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with ongoing digital campaign messages, existing initiatives, formal events, and ad-hoc activities
  • Post and enhance our visibility through PR publications across digital channels
  • Monitor people-driven initiatives like CSR, Social Clubs, and ad-hoc events, preparing postings in relevant social media channels
  • Analyze content and publishing calendar, track KPIs and performance
  • Collaborate with People and Culture, Backoffice, and Learning and Development Teams in creating visuals and messages for events and internal programs with social media visibility
  • Maintain and update content on the Company’s external website, focusing on the News and Events sections. Work close with subcontractors and build long-lasting-work-relations
  • Cooperate with internal Community Leaders to support our visibility and presence on job boards, social media events announcements, and user groups through digital content creation and publishing
  • Maintain and co-create the Marketing and Communications Internal Portal and Collaboration page. Post in the News and Events sections and maintain a publicity materials archive
  • Maintain, create, and publish content across existing and new company social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Explore new channels
  • Explore and propose new channels in line with KPMG Global Brand Guidelines

What You Bring In:

  • A digital native speaking the language of social media
  • Experience in a big ad or marketing agency with international exposure/ clients
  • Understanding of the role of marketing & communications strategy in the overall Company Strategy and key marketing methodologies
  • Ability to prioritize and follow up on ongoing activities
  • Understanding of social media management, SEO, algorithms, and campaign tracking
  • Proficiency in business English language
