KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of the KPMG network member firms and their clients. We employ more than 500 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure.
Your responsibilities:
- Support our clients in developing the vision and strategy for support functions, considering new business model requirements and digitalization opportunities
- Work with our clients to design the support functions of the future and identify measures to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of these functions
- Develop shared service concepts with our clients and support their implementation
- Support the optimization of HQ structures
- Bring your experience in analyzing and optimizing process and organizational structures in support functions
- Support the project team in structuring and efficiently implementing complex shared service and transformation programs
- Conduct meetings with clients and present the results achieved
- Manage complex sub-projects using modern tools and methods (Design Thinking, agile methods)
- Support business and solution development
What you bring in:
- You have a degree in business administration, economics, computer science or Hier das Updat comparable fields
- Relevant practical experience in shared services, digitalization, as well as in transformation or strategy consulting
- You have an affinity for the development of functional target pictures and digitalization strategies
- You have excellent analytical skills
- You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and passion for your work
- Analytical as structured, and solution-oriented work are your strengths
- You have strong conflict resolution skills, communication skills, presentation skills and are team-oriented
- Very good skills in German and English
- Business travels
- Project management and leadership experience are a plus
