KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of KPMG IT Service GmbH and KPMG AG in Germany and their clients across the globe. We employ around 200 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Infrastructure and Cloud, Digital Compliance.
Our Applications Unit is securing the stable operation, application support and ongoing development of approximately 300 applications for KPMG Germany.
Our Application Operations team is now extending and is looking for SL2 Apps and MS Office Support Specialist with German. The team is supporting several SQL based Web applications. The scope of work is expanding and will also work to support numerous SaaS and PaaS applications.
As an Application Operations Specialist, your focus will be to::
- Provide application support services, including end-user troubleshooting (client side) and basic to intermediate server-side administration and monitoring
- Investigate and resolve client-server communication issues
- Support the planning, testing, and rollout of application-related changes
- Ensure the configuration, usability, and operability of key business applications and productivity tools
What you bring in:
- Hands-on experience supporting business users in a corporate environment, particularly with Microsoft Office tools and add-ins
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, Power Query)
- Familiarity with PowerPoint (template management, master slides) and Word (form creation, formatting standards)
- Good understanding of Windows desktop environments: user profiles, network settings, registry, system monitoring tools
- Analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot both functional and basic technical issues
- Fluent in German and very good working level of English
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany (up to 10%)
